1. Support the Business in setting strategy, direction and objectives, and leading the challenge on key performance indicators2. Challenge the performance and business strategy of Retail Clients3. Facilitate the implementation of business plans for Retail Clients
4. Identify, interpret and apply key performance indicators and coach business managers to use these indicators for competitive advantage

o A university degree in Human Resources Management or a Professional Qualification in HR Management.o Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.o A good understanding and knowledge of labour laws.
o A minimum of 3 three years experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
o A Good understanding of Banking.
o Proficiency in Computer and a good knowledge of HR Operating Systems.
o Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal Skills.
