Key Responsibilities
Formulate and develop the best team of Distributors that meet the expectations of Perfect Distributor Model.Ensure ambitious target setting and stretching.Monitor Region's Primary and Secondary sales vs. target and take necessary actions to achieve target.Evaluate monthly activities carried out in the region.Monitor Sales Manager's productivity and throughput.Achieve Sales targets by: Analyzing the Region's sales potential and Craft and develop strategies to deliver sales to targetsRecommend activation or marketing plan which will drive growth in business.Build capability among team members:Mentoring & training subordinates.Conducting continuous field coaching to ensure field effectiveness.visibility and distributionImprove weighted distribution and increase market shareChannel category plan implementation.Expand outlet coverage in Region and build outlet leadership.Evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and recommend the necessary changes.Provide recommendation on appointment/termination of distributorInvolve in all scope of sales functionsApprove Credit Limit evaluation, claims & etc.Maintain good business relationship with tradePublic Relation, Trade Associations and Distributors
Key Skills and Qualification
University Degree from a reputable institution.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.Candidate MUST have experience in the FMCG space.Candidate must be mobile as this role requires 70% of travellingLooking for Managers who are aggressive, disciplined and detail orientated.Candidate must have a proven track record of managing a huge team with proven successes.The applicant must have prior business acumen working knowledge in dealing with P&Ls and budgets.
