Contract) 

The Procurement Clerk shall report to the Procurement Assistant


The duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Assist

    in floating and sourcing for quotations

  • Assist

    in analysis of quotations

  • Filing

    of procurement correspondents and documents

  • Recording

    and collating of documents

  • A

    Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies from a recognized institution

    preferably from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies.

  • At

    least one year relevant experience

  • Ability

    to work under pressure without supervision

  • Computer

    literate


(3 Yrs Contract) 

The Grounds Man shall report to the Facilities Management Officer





Job Summary:
 A Multi-Skilled Handy-Man for Maintenance of

grounds and minor Joinery and Carpentry repair.


Duties and responsibilities

   
 
 


The duties and responsibilities will

include:

  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the

    grounds

  • Maintain the lawns and neat grass

  • Assist in delivery of correspondences.

  • At least a D+ in KCSE

  • At least a Certificate from a Youth

    Polytechnic or equivalent with basic training in Gardening, Joinery,

    Plumbing and Masonry will be an added advantage.

  • 3 years work experience preferably in grounds

    work


Food and Beverage Supervisor


(3 Yrs Contract)  
The Food & Beverage Supervisor shall report to the Head Hospitality

Duties and responsibilities    


 
 


The duties and responsibilities will

include:


  • Supervise all food and beverage staff to

    ensure professional and quality service is provided.

  • Maintain restaurant inventory, cleanliness,

    food rotation and menu consistency.

  • Maintain all policies and procedures

  • Reconcile Food and Beverage items sold with

    issues from the store daily

  • Maintain and update conference booking diary

    and booking for conference order.

  • Conduct food costing

  • Overseeing and coordinating the restaurant and

    outside catering activities

  • Execution of administrative function such as

    reporting, forecasting, quality assurance and departmental meetings

  • Monitor hygiene and cleanliness of the

    restaurant and conference.

  • Ensure Compliance with the Health and Safety

    Regulations.

  • Degree in Hospitality or equivalent or a

    Degree in business management plus a Diploma in food and Beverage

    Management or Equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • KCSE C+ or equivalent

  • Minimum three (3) years work experience as a

    Head Cook/Chef in a busy 3 to 5 star restaurant

  • Strong leadership ability

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent written and oral communications

    skills.

  • Positive interpersonal skills required.

  • Computer literacy

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to guide and supervise staff

  • Must be conversant with food and beverage cost

    control and accountability

  • Innovative and quality conscious

  • Good food presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure& long

    hours.


(3 Yrs

Contract) 

The Senior Accountant shall report to the Chief Manager Finance &

Administration


The duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Preparation

    of Management Accounts and Annual Financial statements.

  • Monitoring

    the Bank reconciliations and review of the monthly bank reconciliation

    reports

  • Management

    of staff payroll payments and consultant payment.

  • Ensure

    full compliance with Statutory and Regulatory Payments and Returns.

  • Budget

    Preparation, monitoring and reporting.

  • Overseeing

    the company’s Financial Accounting, Monitoring and Reporting

  • Coordination

    of internal and external financial and systems audits

  • Cash

    flow Management and Reporting

  • Must

    possess a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option)Degree or equivalent

  • At

    least six (6) years experience 3 of which must be at Accountant Level.

  • Possess

    CPA(K) or equivalent and be a registered member of ICPAK

  • Good

    working knowledge of the Kenyan Tax Laws.

  • Possess

    relevant Computer and analytical skills.

  • Good

    communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience

    in preparation of financial statements and handling of external systems

    and final audits is preferred.

  • Masters

    Degree will be an added advantage
