Corporate Sales Supervisor.

Corporate Sales Manager



Job Objective / Purpose: Reporting

to the Country Corporate Sales Manager the Corporate Sales Supervisor will be

responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating

activities of a corporate sales in their respective region to meet the sales

targets set.

She/he will be responsible for building corporate accounts and ensuring smooth

operations of the same accounts and satisfaction of the clients.




She/he

will strive to gain a competitive advantage in Sales of products assigned and

ensure a smooth collection of revenue to meet and surpass targets.

She/he will assist the Country Corporate Sales Manager to ensure that the

market base is expanded among corporate institutions in the area assigned.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Identify

    potential business opportunities by qualifying prospects, analyzing sales

    options in a bid to close sales effectively.

  • Collaborate

    with Marketing and New Product Development in developing and executing

    best-in-class selling propositions.

  • Develop

    and execute a market / area corporate sales strategy and drive acquisition

    of all segment business to exceed annual billings goals

  • Sell

    the company’s products by establishing contacts and developing

    relationships with key decision makers in the targeted organizations and

    recommending viable solutions.

  • Align

    strategies with Corporate Account Management colleagues and share

    best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Build

    and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information,

    and guidance and recommending service improvements.

  • Identify

    product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry

    trends, market and competitor activities.

  • Prepare

    reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information.

  • Maintain

    quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Maintain

    professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant educational

    workshops, establishing personal networks and benchmarking

    state-of-the-art practices.

  • Contribute

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the automation and

    streamlining of the full range of complex processes required to plan,

    define, execute and analyze sophisticated multi-channel, multi-stage

    integrated marketing campaigns to ensure consistency in message delivery

    to customers

  • Formulate & implement marketing strategies

    for customer retention:

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of

    from a business perspective.

Channel Sales Manager

Objective of the position:

To drive sales through distribution channels by identifying, developing and

supporting partners; monitoring results; increasing sales; maximizing revenues.

To also ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Sales & Marketing

Department through coordination and cooperation within department and between

departments to ensure achievement of the expected sales targets and safety of

company’s property according to Company’s policies and procedures.




Will develop a strong understanding

of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and

processes.  


Should be an innovator who will help

our global company discover new ways to improve our service and drive new

business initiatives to increase partner success and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and bring on-board new

    channel partners within assigned scope.

  • Conduct regular business review and planning

    meetings with top and emerging Dealers in assigned region

  • Develop and maintain the market agents

  • Develop a vibrant Sales team for the brand

  • Implement the channel sale policy, and

    formulate promotion plan

  • Enlarge channel sales market and achieve

    expected sales targets

  • Address partner related issues, sales

    conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner

  • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure

    partner and customer satisfaction

  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop

    sales plans to increase brand awareness.

  • Develop positive working relationship with

    partners to build business

  • Communicate up-to-date information about new

    products and enhancements to partners

  • Analyze the information of dealers and market,

    and forecast the market trends

  • Statistical analysis of agent delivery volume

    data, sales volume data (weekly, monthly), performance evaluation of

    agents, recycling receipts and original documents

  • Deliver customer presentations and attend

    sales meetings and partner conferences

  • Participation in industry events such as trade

    shows and seminars

  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as

    tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities


Qualifications / Skills /

Competencies

  • University Degree in a related discipline is

    required

  • Should have a minimum experience of 5 years

    and above of channel sales or related work experience from a fast faced

    organization preferably a media company.

  • Should have a proven track record and

    experience in leading a sales team

  • Have great network in the industry and able to

    seek and forge partnerships for the company

  • Working knowledge of all the television data

  • A good understanding of a multi-channel

    environment

  • A good understanding the digital migration

    concept

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and all

    relevant marketing software

  • Good-looking, good-manners, appropriate

    dressing.

  • Creative and innovative and always ready to

    try new ideas

  • Great ambition in earning more money from

    commission.
