Job Title: Business Development Executive – Training & Education Industry
Job Description:- An opportunity has arisen at the organization for in the sales department for a sales representative to assist in market penetration and enhance the organization’s growth strategy. An integral member of the business development team, the sales representative will coordinate sales efforts of the existing sales opportunities as assigned. Special attention to be paid on closing own corporate deals as well as assisting the Managing director in their corporate accounts.
In close coordination with the Managing director, the Sales representative will:
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective sales efforts that fit within the established goals and objectives of the Organization Assist in sales plan development Help with formation of sales proposals, presentations, and negotiating orders Provide feedback on sales reports. Assist with developing and implementing the sales plan Compile sales reports as necessary Assist in identifying and monitoring sales opportunities, closing and taking orders Populate weekly call sheet for sales pursued Track action items and schedule/track with due diligence Put together sales proposals and presentations Assists the Managing director with projects, reports, etc, as well as monitoring on-going training sessions. Holder of a Degree and majored in Sales or Marketing 2 years of experience in sales management in the Training industry Experience in writing, coordinating and producing competitive sales proposals Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Working with minimal direction while meeting deadlines How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to strictly email their cover letter and CV, clearly detailing their current remuneration and expectations to recruitment@odumont.com before end of day 30 October 2014.
