Job Description
Our Client is an IT company currently looking for a Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of books of accounts to final level i.e. Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet.
- Preparation of monthly management reports to the Directors.
- Preparation of the annual budgets including the cash flow forecast and capital expenditure budget.
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly VAT return and all other statutory returns including the filing and payment to the relevant bodies in time.
- Reconciling of all accounts on a monthly basis.
- Facilitation of the external audit.
- Monitor daily cash flow and be pro-active in following up outstanding accounts receivables.
- Staff supervision
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance or related studies
- CPA(K)
- At least 5 years experience in accounting and Finance 2 of which should have been in a senior position.
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Experience in preparation of management reports.
- Experience in using ERP Systems
