Job Title: Assistant National Sales Manager

Location: Uganda
Company Profile: Our client is the leading cosmetics manufacturer in Africa.
Statement of Responsibility: The main responsibility for this role is to implement national sales programs by developing regional sales action plans derived from the national sales plan
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and manage the assigned sales team to achieve the set sales target
- Actively monitor, create and send all reports regarding the sale team and performance
- Evaluate information related to sales, economic indicators, competition and market research from the assigned region
- Develop programs to identify and pursue significant sales opportunities with key customers, agents and hotels with in the assigned region
- Manage order review processes including pricing adherence, product mix, supply and demand, changing trends and customer needs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to work for long hours
- High level of flexibility in terms of working times and travels
- High levels stress management
- Excellent leadership skills
- High level of integrity
- Customer service, client relationships and negotiating skills
- Excellent product knowledge
- Ability to meet monthly targets
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration – marketing option or any other business related field
- 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar position
