Company Profile: Our client is the leading cosmetics manufacturer in Africa.
 



Statement of Responsibility: The main responsibility for this role is to implement national sales programs by developing regional sales action plans derived from the national sales plan

Key Responsibilities



  • Mentor and manage the assigned sales team to achieve the set sales target

  • Actively monitor, create and send all reports regarding the sale team and performance

  • Evaluate information related to sales, economic indicators, competition and market research from the assigned region

  • Develop programs to identify and pursue significant sales opportunities with key customers, agents and hotels with in the assigned region

  • Manage order review processes including pricing adherence, product mix, supply and demand, changing trends and customer needs

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • High level of integrity

  • Customer service, client relationships and negotiating skills

  • Excellent product knowledge

Qualifications and Experience Requirements


  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration – marketing option or any other business related field

  • 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar position
