catering services, and camp management services is seeking a qualified

professional to fill the position of Executive Admin Assistant to Group

Operations Director.

Group Operations Director


Job Description:


 Under the direction of the Operations Director, the

Administrative Assistant will anticipate and provide a broad range of

confidential administrative support services for the Operations Director and

will be responsible for performing executive administrative duties to ensure an

efficient, well-maintained, and professional corporate environment. 



The successful candidate will have

outstanding organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced

environment, and have the ability to successfully prioritize and manage

multiple duties.  


The Administrative Assistant will

manage a variety of projects that require detailed knowledge of the Company and

its services.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Completes a broad variety of administrative

    tasks for the Operations Director including: managing an extremely active

    calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is

    sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans,

    itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related

    meetings.

  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the Operations

    Director’s schedule is followed and respected.

  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the

    Operations Director with external stakeholders on matters related to the

    Operations Director’s programmatic initiatives.

  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on

    incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Operations Director,

    including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines

    appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

  • Works closely and effectively with the

    Operations Director to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments

    and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

  • Reviews and analyses issues in relations to

    business operations updates the Director

  • Provides leadership to build relationships

    crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of

    special projects for the Operations Director, some of which may have

    organizational impact.

  • Successfully completes critical aspects of

    deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement

    letters, creating presentations, writing proposals and other tasks that

    facilitate the Operations Director’s ability to effectively lead the

    company.

  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters

    expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful

    completion, often with deadline pressures.


The Successful Candidate MUST meet

the following Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED

  • 5 years solid experience with direct upper

    management support

  • Previous experience with confidential or

    proprietary information is strongly preferred

  • Superior attention to detail, ability to

    multi-task, and able to change priorities quickly

  • Excellent oral and written communication

    skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various

    audiences

  • Must be able to maintain composure under

    pressure and manage unforeseen situations

  • Proven ability to work independently and to

    handle a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Advanced computer skills in MS. Office

    applications

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work

    proactively and achieve results without close supervision

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible and varying

    work schedule and be accessible after hours as needed. Work hours may

    include engagements outside of normal working hours.

  • Must be able to proactively provide updates on

    the status of tasks and action items

  • A sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a

    positive attitude

  • Commitment to operational excellence
