Position Overview: The Customer Relations Assistant is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with our clients, ensuring that they receive the customized service they need to grow their business.Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing clients to increase and maintain sales needs
- Initiate new calls to generate interest with prospective clients
- Developing and maintaining new database contacts and details of potential clients
- Updating Customer Relations Management database of the company
- Make quotes for new and existing clients
- Ensuring the correct maintenance of follow up procedures to the potential clients
- Escalate customer queries to the relevant job roles where necessary
Education: This position generally requires a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in communication, marketing and any other related field and a minimum One (1) year of practical experience in the field.
