Our client, one of the largest insurance groups in the region, with well-established insurance operations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania as well as leading subsidiaries in fund management and corporate trusteeship is seeking to recruit Sales Manager to join their dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and select Financial Advisors
- Train and develop Financial Advisors
- Ensure that the team achieves set production targets
- Communicate policy decisions to the team
- Liaise with the marketing department to implement appropriate marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain sound client base and leads
- Manage branch costs and expenses
Qualifications
- Degree in a business related field
- Certificate of proficiency in Insurance
- At least 3 years progressive experience in sales management – preferably insurance
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
