Personal Assistant Job for an Insurance Company in Kenya

Our client an insurance company is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join their dedicated team.

Salary: KShs 20K - 30K

Key responsibilities

Handling all the numerous phone calls that the manager getsReplying to all the correspondence that comes for the manager and on timeFixing all the appointments the manager has to attend throughout the day and making sure that they attend themBriefing the manager on the agenda before every meetingCollecting all the reports on behalf of the managementCoordinating for the manager with the other departmentsHaving a daily schedule prepared for the manager before they arrive in officeActing as a bridge between management and employeesAssisting the manager during meetingsAttending the meeting if the manager is absentRunning personal errands for the manager if requiredCoordinating with other assistantsDegree/diploma in PR or related field3 years experience in an insurance companyUnderwriting experience ( Added advantage)Administration skillsPresentation and good communication skillsIf qualified kindly send your application letter and CV to jobs@jantakenya.com clearly indicating ‘personal assistant’ on the subject line by 1st July 2014.Do not attach any certificates.
