Responsibilities
Effective & efficient management of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Salary Administration through data collection and analysis, conducting and responding to surveys, development of statistical reports and research new developments & best practices in the area of compensation. Development & implementation of Hay grade-based Compensation & benefit packages for new recruitsHay-based Job Analysis & Job EvaluationEnsure compliance of activities to the developed policies and procedures.Update and/or Author position-based Job descriptions in tandem with Hay-based factors of Know-how, accountability and problem solving indicesProper maintenance of Personnel & related administrative records.Teamwork on all HR Events from planning to completion.Special Projects and Reporting.Ensures the HR Management team is fully knowledgeable of Performance Management processesEnsures that processes for resolving employee concerns are well-defined and followed with consistency. Handles escalations of Employee Relations concerns. Drives resolution of workforce / employee issuesDrives a consistent measurement and monitoring system to track and analyze HR activities, incidents and programmatic interventions. Provides summary analysis management to contribute to annual planning and adapts to achieve desired outcomes.Diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness across the entire organization. Is responsible for successful execution of solutionsAccountable for HR-related communications rollouts for client / area / site, ensuring that business leaders are prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar. Accountable for the organizational health of the business, and contributes to efforts to shape and evolve the business culture.Is the point of accountability regarding HR policies and regulations, as well as local workforce laws. Ensures the HR Management team is fully knowledgeable of and compliant with these policies, and that business leaders are making decisions and taking actions that are in accordance with them.Coach leaders and managers to maximize the effectiveness of their teams and individuals and solve for complex organizational issues Analyze and present people metrics to leadership teams to inform sound talent and business decisions Onboard and integrate new managers and employees Execute high-touch engagement for diverse and high potential employees in support of their developmentQualified candidates will have: Graduate - Human Resource. Finance & Accounting background added advantageHigher Diploma or Certification in HR/Compensation & BenefitsMinimum 4 years similar experience in handling Hay-based Rewards Management Training in Hay System of Reward Management, Job Analysis & EvaluationUnderstanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically and problem solve Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills Solid track record of implementing HR projects and change programs Demonstrated competence in employee relations and knowledge of employment laws required.
