Insurance Unit Manager Job in Kenya

Our client is a well established insurance company with operations in the East African region issuing customers with an assortment of innovative products expertly crafted to meet their insurance needs.  They are looking to recruit a Unit Manager to support business growth and expansion.

Position Overview: The role is responsible for recruiting, managing and ensuring high production targets through a team of Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit and retain Sales Representatives to meet the Units requirementsDevelop a high caliber, highly motivated, disciplined and individual team capable of meeting individual and company targetsCoordinate, supervise, motivate and train the Sales RepresentativesMeet sales targets allocated to the unit on all lines of businessCollege education from a recognized institution Possession of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) from the College of Insurance Proven experience in insurance salesComputer literateHigh sales drive with ability to meet set targetsAbility to interact with clients at different levels and establish and maintain relationshipsAttractive remuneration is offered through commission only
