The perfect person will be a Control Room Operator for a Vehicle Tracking Company.
 Minimum Requirements

6 months +s exp as a Control Room Operator Must be willing  to work night shiftBasic knowledge of tracking systems Advanced computer literacy Full command of English, with strong English speaking and writing skillsCollege diploma and above.Call Centre Qualification highly advantageousMinimum 6 months call centre experience (inbound & outbound) in a security / emergency control room environment .Call centre experience with alarm response tracking/recoveries/dispatching experienceAlarm tracking experience essential.Excellent knowledge of tracking devicesComputer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Internet ExploreStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsKnowledge of geography and calculating distanceAbility to work under pressure and in a stressful environmentStrong client relation skills, analytical with problem solving skillsAbility to think on your feet, remain calm and assertive and assist clients in whatever situation To start immediately / as soon as possibleJob Specification

Primary Duties:

Make on-the-spot judgements regarding immediate action required when incidents ariseEfficient and accurate tracking updatesMonitor and control security systems and inform the control room supervisor of any potential adverse activities noticedTaking appropriate action as circumstances dictate and carry out associated control room duties and administrative functions in accordance with existing operational proceduresMonitor and receive all emergency signals, messages and alarms and respond accordinglyFleet Management and tracking experienceTo apply send your CV  with a recent picture to solticcontrol@gmail.com
