Undertake site surveys determine security requirementsFeed cables through roof spaces and cavity walls, position and terminate cables and wiresAssemble, erect, position and label Security Hardware and EquipmentTest dierent types of equipment and diagnose faultsMake connections to IT NetworksMaintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentationBe responsible for assigned tools, plant and test equipmentElectrical Grade 3 as a minimumAdvanced conduit and cable management skills are essentialExperience with using hand tools including drills, multi-meters, etcExperience with using Cable Testers and Termination toolsExperience installing all types of electro-magnetic locks and strikesExperience wiring security and communication control panelsExperience with IP and Analog CCTV cameras, Recorder and ControllersAbility to work unsupervised or as crew leadAbility to work in any environment safelyMust have maintained an excellent Safety Record over the last 3 yearsMinimum of 5 Years’ Experience Installing Electronic Security Systems - Including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Electric Gates, etcAdvanced knowledge of Computers and IP NetworksStructured Cabling Methods, Racking, Cable terminations and PracticesExcellent Knowledge of English, both written and oralValid Drivers LicenseAbility to teach and provide guidance to other engineersPlease send your c.v. and application to jobs.tech@ymail.com
