Summary: Our Client is a blue chip Company, a leader in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, our client is looking to fill the position of Franchises & Agents Manager - East Africa.
Job Purpose: The Franchises & Agents Manager will initiate and coordinate Sales, Marketing and Distribution Strategies in the East African Region, Manage processes in Customer Service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for budget planning and review & update representation agreements within East Africa.Reporting to the Regional Director you will be expected to:
Formulate timely strategic & Operational objectives for the East African RegionImplement and motivate for execution for Sales, Marketing & Distribution strategiesEnsure timely effective compliance of annual budget plansDevelop, coach and guide management teamsIdentify process improvement areas & ensure implementationProvide formal input into business process and area to address operations improvement/initiativesManage Operation reviews for the various countries in the region Bi annually Review Operations reports and provide feedback and follow up on issues notedEnsure timely, accurate, complete monthly reports on franchises and agents over East AfricaHold quarterly business review sessions for the region.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics or related fieldsAn MBA will be an added advantage.A minimum of 8 years’ business Management experience preferably in a highly competitive sectorExperience in East Africa Region in the fields of Sales/ Marketing/ Business development.
