University Research Co., LLC’s (URC) USAID Applying Science to Strengthen and Improve Systems (ASSIST) Project, is a global leader in the implementation, advocacy, development and promotion of cost-effective methods to design and improve healthcare services and systems in developing and middle income countries.
USAID ASSIST Project wishes to contract a Quality Improvement Consultant to fill key information and practice gaps to provide an evidence base in combination with other key references to inform current and future Ministry of Health (MOH) efforts and strategies to improve, institutionalize, and standardize quality improvement.
The Consultant is to undertake an in depth Baseline Situational Analysis (BSA) of Quality Improvement Systems, Structures and Stakeholders in order to inform the design and development of a National Health Quality Improvement Policy and Strategy.
