The successful candidate’s principal responsibility will be to ensure that all the specified and rele?ant tests as ?ell as qualit? control processes on all materials and products are not only carried out but also
?erified.
Other key responsibilities include being the GMP administrator, re-?ie?ing adequac? of in-process test/procedures/controls and ensuring that the required documentation is complete and up to date.
We in?ite applications from Ken?a citi?ens ?ho hold a uni?ersit? degree in Pharmacy and are duly registered with the Pharmaceutical Societ? of Ken?a (PSK). The? should ha?e at least 3 ?ears pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, excellent skills in planning, organi?ing and controlling ?ork and being thoroughl? familiar ?ith cGMP requirements.

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the Analytical Chemist will take all samples as specified, carr? out qualit? control tests, document and disseminate the results. ?e/she ?ill also carr? out Plant ?ide inspections to ensure compliance ?ith regulator? requirements.
Applicants should be Ken?a citi?ens, hold a Bachelor of Science (Chemistr?/Microbiolog?) or similar degree and ha?e not less than 2 ?ears e?perience acquired in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant; preference ?ill be gi?en to candidates some of ?hose experience includes laborator? microbiological procedures.
