Provision of Digitization / Indexing of Board’s Documents and Comprehensive User Training

Completed Tender Documents clearly marked ‘’TENDER FOR DIGITIZATION OF BOARD’S DOCUMENTS’’ should be deposited in the Tender box situated at the reception of Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters so as to reach on or before Friday, 1st November 2013 at 11.00 am local time.
Bulky Tender Documents, which cannot go through the slot of the tender box, may be delivered to the office of the Senior Procurement Officer, situated at the Ground Floor on or before the above stipulated time.
Tenders will be opened at 11:30 a.m. the same day in the KSB Boardroom.
Tenderers or their representatives may attend the opening.
Late Tenders shall be rejected.
