Main purpose of the role: The main function of the role will be to proactively build strong business relationships and network with Project Consultants / Engineers for upcoming projects on various infrastructure projects such as bridges, real estates and cabling
The successful candidate will be able to:
Locate/ propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and clients; discovering and exploring opportunitiesLiaise with contractors and present company’s portfolioMaintain contact with contractors to secure specification ordersSell the Group products through understanding buyer specificationsContribute to enhancing company brand image through product awareness sensitisation.Participate in the project proposal process to ensure the Scope of Work is properly defined and ensure that the Project Team has a clear understanding of scope, goals and deliverablesMaintain prequalification status with all prospective clientsResponsible for producing and delivering retention proposals and commercially viable tender documentsMinimum 5- 10 years of solid business development experience within building, construction and related industries.Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering disciplineProcess oriented with experience in workflow documentation and creation of guidelines, policies and proceduresOutstanding organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillExperience working in diverse environments.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing prioritiesNegotiation and Business AcumenStrong Customer Service and inter-personal skillsExtremely detail-orientedDynamic and enthusiasticAbility to work and think independentlyQuick learnerStrong problem solving skillsTo apply for this position send your CV to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting the position in the subject line.
