Our client, an international vehicle dealer, is looking for an After Sales Manager in Uganda.
Oversee and develop operation activities related to Parts and Workshop;Supervise workshop service and workflow planning;Manage parts flow in cooperation with Parts Manager;Coordinate the relations between service and parts, its personnel and other resources;Develop improvement on work procedures and methods within the departments;Identify training and development needs of service and parts personnel;Participate in activities plan and budget definition and control;Evaluate results and define prices and promotional campaigns;Administrate the warranty program;Attend customers’ requests as well as proactively seeking them for feedback on the service;Provide technical and service support to customers or internally;Ensure the quality of the service and customer loyalty.Higher Education Degree in Management/Economics/Engineering;Proven experience in similar functions above 5 years;Autonomous, organized and dynamic;Good technical knowledge of the Company’s products;Good understanding of financial reporting, pricing principles and effects of discounting;Business focused, target-driven with “self-going” initiator skills;Strong customer orientation;Proven leadership abilities;Good command of Microsoft Office;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Please, feel free to send your resume to alba.domenech@meltgroup.com
