IT Company Project Assistant Job in Kenya

Our client in the IT industry is seeking to hire a Project Assistant.  Preferably a lady.

Education Background

IT knowledge with 3 years work experience.Confirming site readiness of Property from the client before system implementationDevelop project plans and communicate these to clients and consultants.Track overall project implementation to ensure project is proceeding as scheduledIdentify and seek a resolution to problem areas that may affect the project.Track the frequency and content of status reports from the project reams i.e project meeting minutes, protocols and checklist.Review final project documentation.Update projects schedule on client EMS and the board.Confirm rights allocated for micros installation.Follow up with Accounts on the licenses for the properties.Design and recommend project templates e.g. initial meeting minutes, support contact details feedback  from, property details template.Arrange for extension of a consultant’s stay should the project go on longer than scheduled.Attend project meetings as and when required from time to time.Strong Communication and Organization skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to work under pressureGood analytical skillsExcellent Customer Care skillsDemonstrable Oral and verbal skillsAll CVs to careersinafrika@gmail.com
