About the job
We are ramping up our efforts to convert on (increased!) in-bound demand for our services and are looking to engage someone to take over and own the following responsibilities:
- Sell cars – the Peach way! Take on a full load of customers vis-a-vis our concierge retail model, managing customer journeys from lead qualification,to relationship development, sourcing management, negotiations and sales close as well as introducing after-sales administrative efforts
- Take lead on sales / retail-specific initiatives at Peach, including but not limited to the expansion of non-concierge, in-person car sales (think traditional showrooms), revamping digital marketplace strategy and operation, etc.
- Assist in tracking KPIs/metrics to enable data-driven decision-making; work with the hypothesis-driven culture in the Sales team at Peach, have a ‘test + iterate’ approach to efforts when it comes to team-specific metrics like customer conversion rates and timelines, sales revenues, and after-sales engagement
- Work with other teams at Peach to improve the customer experience, from lead generation / customer acquisition, to the sales cycle, product development(s) and iteration, etc.
- Assist with knowledge management within the Sales team at Peach, including the development of SOPs, to enable increased efficiencies and scalability when/where possible
The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator (including listening!), patient, and detail oriented. While applicants need not have sales nor industry experience, priority will be given to those who have demonstrated ownership in past role(s) as well as an ability to learn and grow in new subject matter(s) quickly. We’re not all gearheads, but it doesn’t hurt if you’re or “Subaru Boy” or “BMW Gal” and find passion in what we do!
