Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Finance and MBA. PhD will be an added advantage.
They must have gained at least nine (9) years relevant experience – 3 years at least Senior Accountant I or as Assistant Chief Internal Auditor or equivalent.
Candidates are required to have Information Technology skills and proficiency in computerized Accounting.
They successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementation of sound Accounting Systems.
The candidate will be expected to provide financial, accounting and audit reports in the areas under his/her jurisdiction.
He/she will be responsible for interpretation of financial policies and will be expected to carry out research and training in financial Management as well as developing Accounting staff.

Farm Manager (Lecturer Equivalent)

They should have at least five years’ experience and success in managing a busy mixed farm.
The applicants should have technical and practical competence in crop and livestock management, and proven ability to meet set farm targets.
They should be innovative and have strong budgeting, leadership, teamwork and supervisory skills.
They should have a good understanding of the public procurement system and government regulations related to farm activities.
Successful applicants will be responsible for organizing farm administration, managing and maintaining farm infrastructure and assets, ensuring security and safety of assets and personnel, managing staff and finances, planning production targets, implementing best practices in crop and livestock management, marketing and selling produce, monitoring farm performance and implementing short-term agricultural trainings and outreach activities.

Tutorial Fellow, Department of Extra Mural Studies

Applicants should be holders of Masters Degree in business related field or in Distance Education from recognized university.
They are expected to have registered for Ph.D.
The successful candidates will be expected to assist Lecturers in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
