Sales Manager Career in Nairobi, Kenya - 2015





Duma Works is recruiting a Sales Manager for one of our clients; a leading realty company in Kenya that offers land for sale in areas which are prime, growth areas, and areas that promise you a great return on your investments.
 



Job Description:


  • Report to work by 8 am to 5 pm (Mon to Fri) and overtime when necessary.

  • Report to work by 8 am on Saturday when necessary.

  • All dress in a smart and professional manner.

  • Always be courteous to clients, on phone, in person and on email (always leave the client impressed with your customer service skills).

  • Make sure that company supplies are accounted for and replenished when required.

  • Monitor, respond and populate all social media efforts.

  • Monitor and manage all Marketing efforts and monitor ROI.

  • Come up with new innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate all site visits and make sure we turn them into as many sales as possible.

  • Make sure all signages on our properties are up and well maintained.

  • Make sure we have all the necessary branded materials.

  • Negotiate with clients.

  • Monitor client payments and balances (weekly reports on the same).

  • Monitor supplier payments and balances (weekly reports on the same).

  • Create and manage a database of clients and potential clients.

  • Respond to all phone, mail and in person inquiries.

  • All be prompt with email, phone and other inquiries.

  • Look for growth potential areas.

  • be presentable and wear company’s merchandise at least 3 times per week for visibility purposes.

  • Arrange Sales meetings 3 times weekly.

  • Arrange and present the company’s presentations to clients.

  • Act as the company’s Brand Ambassador.

  • Always Be Selling!


Requirements

1. Ladies with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.


2. Needs to have worked at;



  • Dayco Plantation.

  • Soils Merchant.

  • Safaricom S.I.C.

  • Optiven.


3. Salary comes with 2 to 5% value of land/sale. 



Salary: There is a 2 month probationary period. Your monthly gross salary will be Kshs. 50,000.00 and will be reviewed after the probation period. You will also be on a sales commission of 3% of your total sales, also to be reviewed after the probationary period. You are also due for 25 leave days a year.

Good Relationship: You will be expected to co-operate with others in team spirit without undue friction. 




You will also be expected to be of strong moral standing and maintain a professional attitude to all work related affairs.

Location: Nairobi


Reports to the General Manager.
