Our Client, a Tours and Travel Company based in Nairobi is looking for a lady Tours and Travel Assistant
Job Summary
- Participate in product development.
- Sales and Marketing of travel packages and travel products including VISA and tickets
- Advising and helping the clients selecting the best travel plan according to their needs
- Working with individuals and groups to develop and manage travel itinerary.
- Obtaining and analyzing client feedback
- Support in managing key accounts
- Managing relationships with existing individual customers
Job Requirements
- A Diploma in Tours and Travel from a recognized institution
- Must have passed relevant IATA certification
- At least 2 years experience
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- ICDL Will be an added advantage
Remuneration
A starting Salary of 15,000 with commission for tours business from new clients.
