Our client is a Nairobi – based hydraulic and pneumatic engineering company with over 14 years’ experience in the supply of forklifts, hydraulic hand pallet trucks and associated spares.
The company specializes in overhauling, servicing and repairing of automotive, transmission, hydraulic and electrical systems of forklifts and other hydraulic equipment attachments.
The company is recruiting for a Technician position.
The role consists of fault-finding, servicing and repairing all hydraulic/pneumatic equipment alongside receiving dedicated training that will technically progress you long term.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will;
- Have a Degree from recognized institution/ Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Be a Mechanic with Automotive electrical background, with 3 years’ experience.
- Have experience in handling earth moving machine, and material handling equipment.
- Have the ability to undertake Minor and Major Service including machine overhaul
- Be First Aid and safety oriented.
- Be Computer literate.
- Possess strong interpersonal/ customer services skills and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and odd hours and meet deadline with less supervision.
- Exhibit self-discipline
- Have a Driver’s License class-BCE.
