Institute of Performance Management is a leading organization in strategy execution models and business intelligence for institutions in the Public Sector.
We work with institutions to create and deploy performance management models that serve to bridge their performance gaps.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive for our high end certification workshop programmes.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in sales and marketing of training products and a proven track record of closing sales.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Populating a lead list of our target population
- Making sales calls to leads and closing sales
- Making follow up calls to leads
- Making follow up visits to leads
- Invoicing and following up on payments
- Meeting targets per quarter
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Direct marketing/selling skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solving skills
- Creative thinker
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A “can do” attitude
