Our client, a small upcoming Office
with good prospects is seeking an Administrative
Assistant to support the office of CEO and the team on
project planning, coordination, and logistics.
In addition to day-to-day
administrative support, this person will learn about the inner workings of the
Office.
The person in this role will need to be a master at handling complex details
and planning of a number of issues simultaneously with a no-job-is-too-small
attitude and the desire to go above and beyond.
Additionally, the ideal candidate
will have exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to be
resourceful and build relationships across organizations
This position is full time and
located in in the CBD, Nairobi.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and
help manage complex planning - General office duties and coordination of
matters - Provide calendar coverage when needed
- Interview planning and feedback to candidates
- Prepare expense reports
- Coordinate domestic travels arrangements
- Help organize team events onsite and offsite
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all
appropriate communications and documentation
- 2+ years of recent experience providing direct
administrative support to 1 or more executives (recent is within
last 3-5 years) 2+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on
behalf of 1 or more executives - Excellent computer skills and comprehension of
Outlook - Organized and detail oriented
- Strong travel coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Passionate about her work
- Strong work ethic
- The ability and desire to handle and solve
complicated logistical problems
