Business Plan Delivery Achieve monthly and yearly Sales & collections target Executes the business Plan – both WEA & customer JBPs Manages Functional Budget• Drives KPI’s – monitor, measure and corrective action Provides input into Sales & Trade Marketing Strategy• Provides input into the demand planning process Channel development – drives picture of success through the Tier 1 chains Promotional programs and activities – develop and implement national promotional calendar VolumeRevenue Market ShareGross profit Forecast AccuracySigned JBPs Team Development Identifies systematic problems or opportunities across the team and facilitates the development of creative solutions Drives routines with subordinates to manage performance, motivate and develop Coaches subordinates and motivates broader sales team Resource Management Can quickly size up business unit requirements and structure optimally for effective deployment and allocation of resources to deliver BP Includes budgets, promotional material, assets like FSUS, etc. Spend to Budget Customer Service Delivery Key interface with other functions in the business to optimize customer service delivery Builds customer relationships and networks
Key Skills: Education: Bcom, MBA, Professional Certification e.g. CIM Experience: Minimum of 8 years in FMCG sales of which 2 years as HEAD of MODERN TRADE / KEY ACCOUNTS in Kenya. FMCG companies doesn’t include service sector / telecom.
