We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Business Manager, for NTV in Television Department. He/She will report to the Commercial Manager - NTV.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Managing a team of Business Executives coordinating NTV advertising;Monitoring the market trends and generating ideas for new sales and expanding the market opportunities;Maintaining good client service and relationship management;Developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns;Maintaining and fostering business relationships;Contributing to the team goals while ensuring the achievement of the organisation’s corporate culture and values.Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:Basic University Degree;Diploma in Sales and Marketing;At least 4 years’ working experience in a sales and advertising, preferably in television;Leadership and people management skills;Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills;Superior communication and presentation skills;Strong understanding of lead generation;Ability to cultivate long standing client relationships.
