Responsibilities
Must be capable of delivering projects from development of inception through to practical completion.Competent design skills, technical skills, supervision and programming of jobs is essential. Be fully conversant with the Nairobi City Council building legislation and building by-laws in Kenya, in general. Ensure that the CISFB numbering/coding system has been properly implemented.Fully conversant with CADD drawing office procedure contained in the office manual.Identify any discrepancies in CADD manual that requires the attention of the resident director.Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture.Must be registered with the Architects Registration Board.Must be a holder of a valid passport.Must have knowledge of the building by-laws. Must have local authority submission procedures.Must have knowledge of the business world in which the group operates.Knowledge of tropical world architectural issues is desirable.Monthly gross salary: Ksh.300,000 - 500,000 (Approx. 3,500 – 5,800USD) depending on experiencesue@summitrecruitment-kenya.com
