We use nudges like reminders, discounts, in person and digital follow-ups, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use healthy products and services. We also support them in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.
The Job
This is a maternity cover contract. As the field operations performance manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of all field operations across selected counties in Kenya. You’ll manage the performance of a team of ecosystem launchers, trainers and supporters and help them to execute our projects across the country. Your other responsibilities will include:
- Managing all programme day to day activities and ensuring that they align with Triggerise’s strategic plans.
- Working closely with the Country Lead om giving operational insight to all strategies and projects, and team performance.
- Use data to analyze field operations and come up with innovative ways to resolve any inefficiencies at the field level.
- Keeping a helicopter view of what is needed to successfully implement our projects and communicate the needs clearly to your team. You are a supportive leader that can work with remote teams.
About You
You pay close attention to detail, with a strong focus on building high performing teams and building capacity within teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a field operations position
- Ability to build capacity within a team with focus on achieving KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and good report writing ability
- 4-6 month contract position
The Rewards
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In Kenya, the salary bracket for this position is Ksh246.572 – Ksh369.858 per month, plus benefits and allowances.
