The County Government of Siaya e-Citizen resource site is about expanding participation in government, encouraging community involvement, promoting a strong democracy, and improving government accountability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Tracking implementation of county government special projects within areas of jurisdiction
- Administration of research instruments in liaison with the County Policy, Research and Analysis Coordinator
- Provide support to project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) teams at the Sub-County Level
- Collect and analyze project specific data for decision making
- Any other duty allocated by the supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
- Kenyan Citizen
- Hold a Diploma in a relevant field from an institution recognized in Kenya
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
- Have at least a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Client Service Delivery.
- Full understanding of Incident management, Problem management and Change management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to keep up to date with automation and rationalization of work process advances.
- Good presentation and report writing skills.
- Ability to “sell” new ideas and concepts.
- Good organizational skills.
- Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office Suite applications.
