Strategic Service Delivery Officer at Siaya County Government


The County Government of Siaya e-Citizen resource site is about expanding participation in government, encouraging community involvement, promoting a strong democracy, and improving government accountability.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Tracking implementation of county government special projects within areas of jurisdiction

  • Administration of research instruments in liaison with the County Policy, Research and Analysis Coordinator

  • Provide support to project  Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) teams at the Sub-County Level

  • Collect and analyze project specific data for decision making

  • Any other duty allocated by the supervisor


Requirements for Appointment



  • Kenyan Citizen

  • Hold a Diploma in a relevant field from an institution recognized in Kenya

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

  • Have at least a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of Client Service Delivery.

  • Full understanding of Incident management, Problem management and Change management

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Ability to keep up to date with automation and rationalization of work process advances.

  • Good presentation and report writing skills.

  • Ability to “sell” new ideas and concepts.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office Suite applications.
