People Foco Agency is a Privately owned organization whose concentration is assisting SME’s in managing their human resource needs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for the company
- Develop job descriptions for various open positions
- Shortlist and conduct interviews
- Regularly update staff leaves
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
- Receive and respond to office calls
- Documentation of staff details
- Induction and orientation of new hires
- Drafting engagement letters
- Handle staff disciplinary issues
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
- Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor laws
- Must be registered with IHRM
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and email
