WE is looking for an outstanding Early Childhood Development Teacher.

The position will be based in Narok County, Kenya

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer and manage ECDE programmes


• Develop and facilitate relevant games & activities that will guide learning


• Develop relevant learning & playing materials


• Participate in the planning of ECDE programmes


• Encourage, support, motivate and work interactively with caregivers to develop and implement ongoing goals


• Support caregiver to providing an environment and opportunities which promote the child’s growth and development


• Focus on specific tasks, skills or techniques which can be mastered and measured


• Assist caregivers to structure environments, routines and interactions that contribute to a positive social behavior and support plan for the child

Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required

· Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution

· Should be conversant with the ECDE syllabus and curriculum delivery

· Minimum experience if 2 years teaching experience

· Having a working knowledge of content teaching

· Have a child approach to teaching

· A great communicator

· Flexible and open to change

· Problem solver
