We currently seek to recruit Team Building Officers. The individual must meet the following minimum requirements.Minimum Requirements
Must be a Human Resource or any related course, graduate from a recognized university, with a minimum of second upper.Must at least have 3 years’ experience in doing team building and related training's in a big and dynamic organizationHR graduates must be members of IHRM, and a certificate of TOT will be an added advantageDuties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the current team building activities in the organization and come up with proposals to improve the current team building activitiesTo clarify the team goalsTo identify those issues which inhibit the team from reaching their goalsTo address those issues, remove the inhibitors and enable the goals to be achievedDetermine what challenges the teams are facing and create activities that address the development areas, such as communication, trust, collaboration, and much more.
