Job Purpose


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Lead to join our team. With a focus on applying best practices, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving implementation and operations excellence.


Job Responsibilities



  • Lead and participate in day-to-day activities, including planning, design, process definition, configuration, and testing of relevant modules and functionalities.

  • Drive improvements in key business flows, including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle, and Fixed Asset to GL.

  • Analyze and resolve client-reported issues related to Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM, or Projects in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assume project lead roles, contributing your problem-solving skills and ideas to address client challenges.

  • Manage your own professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance your consulting skills and broaden your experiences.

  • Mentor junior professionals by providing instructional guidance while maintaining ownership of tasks and project workstreams.

  • Offer expertise in a range of engagements, including Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, and Software Application Development and Maintenance.

  • Perform in-depth analysis to diagnose client issues and ensure quality assessment of analyses conducted by junior team members.

  • Leverage your ECC Implementation Experience to contribute valuable insights.


Job Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional.

  • In-depth understanding of best practices in Implementation and Operations Management.

  • Proficiency in key business flows: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle, Fixed Asset to GL.

  • Strong ability to analyze and resolve client-reported issues professionally and within timelines.

  • Previous experience in project leadership roles is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative ideas to address client needs.

  • Proactive approach to personal and professional development, with a drive to expand consulting skills.

  • Effective mentorship and team collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development, and Maintenance engagements.

  • Exposure to ECC (Enterprise Core Components) Implementation is a plus.
