Resourcing Lead Job at Viscar Capacity
Purpose of the Job
The position holder will perform end to end recruitment process till placement and develop the resourcing and Enterprise department. The incumbent should be a consultant who will also develop the business in outsourcing lines in the relevant fields as well as source for professionals up to senior board level, executive appointments for permanent positions and interim roles across various sectors of the industry. The consultant will also be expected to provide initial interface with the client in related consultancies and services to Human capital.
Responsibilities
- Develop and head a strong recruitment business unit, to supply our clients with required talent in fixed terms, secondment or outsourcing processes;
- Interact with hiring managers to better understand needs and drive solutions;
- Develop the annual resourcing plan for candidates and targeted placement organization;
- Perform customer satisfaction surveys and manage customer contracts as the primary company contact for assigned accounts;
- Preparing reports on the resourcing for management;
- Manage end to end delivery of recruitment and resourcing delivery as per customer requirement
- negotiating and closing resourcing deals;
- Proactively recruit personnel as required and per projects/assignments through a variety of channels;
- Develop and maintain strong client business relationships;
- Qualify and short list candidates successfully;
- Increase candidate base through referrals and proactive searches, as well as generating leads and market information;
- Developing customized solutions for specific client opportunities and client deliverables such as a Request for Information (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Prequalification, Tenders
- Liaising with consultants and external partners to provide creative and innovative solutions to our clients
- Developing new products that match current business needs
- Developing processes and systems/databases for recruitment.

Job Specifications & Competencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in, human resource management.
- A diploma in Human Resource will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
Skills and Knowledge
- At least two years’ experience of working as a recruitment consultant in a similar set up, used to exceeding targets.
- A strategic thinker and an enterprising attitude
- Strong IT Skills including MS Office, email, Recruitment software, Social Media
- Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Confidence and ability to build effective working relationships
- Commitment with a desire to succeed spirit and an excellent team player
- Member of a professional body with good standing
