Waiter Job at People FOCO
Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit Waiters to support its operations.
Key Job requirements
- Able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Hands-on experience in setting tables and placing decorations
- Familiar with different kinds of food and beverages
- Able to communicate with kitchen staff, provide orders to customers, collect cash, and maintain proper accountability for orders and fund
- Familiar with point of sale system and cash registers
- Effective team-player with high attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays
- Exceptionally professional demeanour and very respectful attitude
- Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards
- Well versed with hospitality terminology
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the same industry
- Degree/Diploma in business related courses
- Demonstrate positive attitude at all time
- Able to communicate well in English
- Always neat and presentable
- Familiar with food safety handling procedures
- Able to stand for long hours
