The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority Unclaimed Financial Assets Reporting, Compliance and Collaboration System The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) is an Authority established under the Unclaimed Financial Assets Act, 2011, Laws of Kenya. Section 36 of the Act provides that the Authority shall - a. Maintain an electronic or other database of all unclaimed assets submitted to it under the Act; b. Include in the database the prescribed particulars for each unclaimed asset; c.
