Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) Consultancy Services for Development of Sectoral Plans Closing Date: 30th, May 2014 at 5.00pm Background and Objective : Marsabit County has completed preparing its County Integrated Development Plan for the period 2013-2017. However there is need to operationalize the plan. Sector Plans will entail each department /sector driven plan of operations which will dovetail in the CIDP.
