The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving regional sales goals on assigned retail accounts in selling and marketing slow moving electronic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales goals and key accounts for assigned territoryIdentify and service top key retail accounts in territory versus focus data market analysisConduct regular sales/service/training calls on assigned retail and dealer accounts, both directly and with distributor sales representativesDevelop and maintain territory market activities and opportunities and challengesAttend weekly and monthly meetings and seminars and Participate in programs outside of territoryIncrease shelf presence at key independent accountsCarefully manage customer inventory control against territory sales objectives.Serve as a category consultant by sharing competitive and innovative market insights to the Sales DirectorWorking closely with region supermarkets to ensure the products are well stockedEnsuring products are moving and restocking the outletsHandling supermarkets and dealers Execute marketing activities in assigned areas Negotiate for space Sales calls and visitsHandling after sales service or issues Generating orders and maintaining ordering circles Organising for eventsMaintaining close ties and good Public relations Checking on competition activities and bringing marketing intelligence Involved in marketing decision making and implementation Advising outlets on display and stock inventoryMaintain good relationships with all clientsEnsure that all the marketing and corporate procedures are followed efficientlyBachelor’s degree in Business or MarketingOver five years’ experience in Sales and MarketingAbility to ensure Sales Growth Product KnowledgeExcellent interpersonal and marketing skillsDemonstrated managerial and administrative competenceExcellent procurement skills, good understanding of the marketIf you posses the necessary qualifications and experiences, please send your CV only quoting the job title to recruitment@amsol.co.ke before 16th Jan 2015.Kindly indicate your current/last salary on your CV.
