
Pro-actively plan, advise on, prepare and drive implementation of human resources and administration policies and procedures ensuring compliance consistent with best practice.Advice and co-ordinate the development of employee related budgets (i.e. payroll) and oversee the administration of internal operating expenditure consistent with approved budgets.Participate in the administration of strategic planning and decision-making of the company in a way that the organization’s human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies.Provide expert advice and support to managers and staffs on all aspects of people administration, which fully reflects the company’s desire to be an employer of choice, current employment legislation and best practice.Advise /implement approved staff numbers and skill including recruitments and terminations in order to meet the companys’ objectivesAnalyse the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop and periodically update job descriptions and duty statements.Arrange and conduct staff trainingAdvice the initiation, design and implement strategic HR projects as and when required.Keep up-to-date with legal developments and in liaison with the Group Human Resources Manager advise the management ensuring compliance and mitigation of risk factors.Manage disciplinary and grievance matters ensuring they meet the requirements of the company policies, legal and best practice employment legislation in conjunction with the Group Human Resources Manager and executive director.Ensuring managers and staffs are aware of company administrative policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively and provide support to staff on HR issues as and when required.Ensure that staff are informed and updated on approved key business and organizational issues.Maintain custody of, and update employee records ensuring statutory compliance of records.Follow-up and initiate the periodic performance evaluations at supervisory staff levels.Prepare timely and accurate periodic reports as required.Comply with company security, health and safety requirements.Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time-to-time.Minimum of 35 years oldDiploma in Human Resources ManagementMinimum of five (5) years supervisory position work experience in a busy human resources function is essentialExperience in the development and implementation of employment policies and proceduresGood understanding of Labour law.IT competence – skilled usage of MS Excel / word / powerpointMinimum of 35 years oldIndustry experience is an added advantage.Demonstrate strong leadership and proven experience in supervisory role in human resources planningHow to Apply
