Job Description Customer Service Officer Responsibilities
To provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possibleTo demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team workingDeliver customer service in line with ‘best practice’. Ensure compliance to relevant policies.Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcomeProvide assistance to customers should an incident occur, seeking guidance in line with company policiesGenerate and disseminate monthly internal and external client reportsGenerate and disseminate daily severe escalation reportsGenerate and disseminate weekly customer service reportsUploading of data on the CRMTesting and deactivating betting accountsFollow up calls and call backsHandling and resolving betting queries/complaints in a courteous and timely mannerSkills & Requirements
