The Kenyan Branch, China Africa Investment Company African Housing Factory is directly under the China Blue Sky International Construction Group. The company was founded in 2003, developed until 2013 where it established a Corporation (Group). The company has 7 branches and these 7 branches have a total of 15 subsidiary companies.
Blue Sky International Group has a registered capital of 130 million Yuan (RMB).The company has a strong core team of technicians; 20core professional technical staff, more than 50 design staff of which more than 90 percent of them are university undergraduate elites. The group has grade A qualifications in high professional’s national contracts, special designs and general designing, steel manufacturing, housing construction contract, production of safety licenses during installation and other qualification certificates.
China Steel Corporation holds an official platform; Blue Sky International is China’s national steel service platform. Besides this it is also Heilongjiang province steel testing center and steel quality assessment center. The Kenyan Africa Branch housing factory founded in2014in the Kenyan capital has a proposed200, 000 square meters industrial park. Among the versatile industry construction projects will be corporate construction, steel structure and building materials .Phase I construction involves an infrastructureof100,000 square meters, the plans is to completed in March 2015 and immediately put into use.
Kenya African Branch Housing Factory is established to meet the growth in the Corporate Group and in Kenyan economic developmental needs especially for the various regions in Kenya by increasing employments in these regions thus this is an ideal joint venture development.

Sales Representatives- 5- 10 Positions
Duties and Responsibilities Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management. Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as structured by the management.Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in safety condition and suggesting corrective measures if necessary. Survey and study the market get to know risk factors and competition while searching for new clients and prospective ones.Produce a daily/weekly report and present to the sales and marketing manager. Analyze financial results with the assistant sales and marketing manager and suggest and participate in implementation of the Company’s new strategies.Prioritize effectively and in accordance with Company’s objectives and ensure stipulated deadlines are met.Research & evaluate market trends and gather competitive information and share the information with the sales and marketing manager.
