Progressive Web Application Developer Internship, Current Kenyan Internships 2022,
We are looking for a dynamic Web Applications Developer who will be responsible for developing, trouble shooting and maintaining our PWA platform. You will ensure that the PWA meets user technical and visual needs at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and implement responsive web-based applications using JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, Bootstrap, MySQL.
- Design and deploy MySQL and MS SQL Databases.
- Design modern frontend interfaces, often utilizing, PHP, JSON, Javascript, and SOAP interfaces.
- Set up and maintain web servers
- Create Web Application security standards based on OWASP Top 10
- Advise on web technologies for future products
- Any other task as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or related degree
- At least 1 year experience developing rich web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3/CSS4 and other UI technologies
- Familiar with relational databases, Object oriented JavaScript and Front-end frameworks
- Experience with REST API construction, documentation and architecture
- Experience with parsing and manipulating XML and JSON.
- Working knowledge in multi-channel, mobile-responsive and mobile-adaptive UI.
- Working knowledge of integrating payment gateways
