Job Description

Network Engineer 

(3 Positions)

Reporting to:  Technical Project Manager
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct wireless network designs based on clients specifications


• Responsible for wireless network performance analysis, troubleshooting and recommendation of optimization measures


• Perform tests to measure and assess the coverage, capacity, and performance of various wireless networks


• Installation and commissioning of various network nodes according to specified standards


• Document assigned project progress and regularly  report project status using defined tools/ report templates to the project manager


• Providing innovative suggestions of handling various project needs/processes and challenges affecting the clients’ networks

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT/ Electrical/ Telecommunications/ Computer engineering


• Basic knowledge on GSM and UMTS mobile networks


• Well knowledgeable in Wi-Fi, Wi-Max WLAN and LAN networks


• Computer  Proficiency

Key Competencies

• Good analytical skills


• Self-driven, flexible, and ability to deliver under pressure


• Good RF systems engineering knowledge
