Vacancy: Recruitment Executive
This entails continuously prospecting with Human Resource Managers / Directors
Managing Directors and Business Owners seeking exploratory meetings with them with the intention offering solutions that may address their human resource management needs.
Work closely with Resource Associates senior consultants in adding value to the Services offered to our clients whilst providing Resource Associates HR solutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Psychometric assessments administration and Interpretation
- Proactively explore new methods and solutions in the industry
- Consulting on Organization Development Assignments
- Maintaining clients documents (proposal, assignment reports, manuals etc)
- Developing and reviewing of Job Descriptions; both internal and for corporate clients
- Carrying out research and data collection for ongoing assignments;
- Interviewing client’s prospect employees
- Preparation of reports for clients after execution of assignments
- Conducting an online survey for informing our consulting opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years of general HR experience / Recruitment and selection.
- HR certification is an asset.
- Experience is Psychometric assessment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skill
- Education Bachelor degree
- Good Presentation Skills
