newkenya Job Description Participating in planning and implementation of project activities.Preparing monthly, quarterly  and annual  project reports .Networking with relevant partners, stakeholders and collaborators .Participate in writing concept and proposals for fund raising.Develop lesson plans of farmers trainings & subsequent field schools and organize sessions as per the lesson plans  in the selected areas.Assist in managing activity budgets including processing relevant financial transactions.Keep records of field activities and regularly share with others.Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the programme coordinator.The personshould meet deadlinesShould have excellent  written and communication skills.Must be team player.Must  be motivated and should require minimum supervision.Must have integrity and empathize with the need Qualifications and competenciesMinimum of a Diploma in Agriculture or any other related field with 3 years experience
